We do not accept returns on engraved glass. All sales are final.

All the pieces I make are very fragile. I highly recommend the added shipping insurance on all orders. We do take extra care when packaging, using foam, bubble wrap, and boxes inside boxes. We are not responsible for damage from shipping.

We use USPS flat rate priority shipping. Shipping totals will be calculated at checkout.
